As a real estate agent, one of my main concerns was my retirement plan. Agents are independent contractors, and as such, they are responsible for their own retirement savings. In this economy, we all know that saving money can be a difficult prospect, especially enough to plan a retirement.
This is one of the aspects of Exit Elite Realty that attracted me to join. Exit offers something no other agencies offer, and it was so attractive to me that it was actually a "no-brainer." That something was a way I could build a retirement account from OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY.
I know I have your attention, don't I? Let me tell you briefly about this program, and then you need to call me, come in and sit down and hear all the fantastic details.
The way it works is this. If you are an Exit agent, and you bring another agent to Exit, you will earn 10% of that agent's gross commission for as long as you both remain at Exit. This 10% does NOT come from the other agent's pocket. It comes from Exit!
Let me give you an example. You bring another agent to Exit. That agent earns a $5,000 net commission. You earn $500. The next month that same agent earns a $6,500 net commission. You earn $650. That agent makes their 70% - you do NOT touch their earnings. EXIT pays you the residual on EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION.
So how does this help you in retirement? When you retire from Exit, Exit pays you 7% of the net commission of every single agent you brought into Exit for as long as those agents stay at Exit. When you die, your heirs earn 5%.

Hello fellow realtors, I'm sure you know that if you are not marketing, you are missing out on business! Buyers and sellers cannot find you if you don't get your name out there! Let people know your specialty, your areas of expertise and anything else that will help them see the benefits of working with YOU! For example, I let people know I specialize in distressed properties. This can be fixer-uppers, vacants, and foreclosures. I also work with distressed homeowners to help them find alternatives to foreclosure.
When I market to buyers and sellers, I tell them what I am willing to do for them. I let them know the benefits to them like the simple fact that I answer my phone and do what I say I'm going to do. It really is all about them - let them know that! People want an agent they can trust and feel comfortable with. The rest is the mechanics of selling a property or finding a buyer their dream.

Have confidence in yourself and your abilities and you will shine! Treat everyone as you would want and expect to be treated, and the best results will occur!

I wanted to share with you today why it is so important to do everything possible to AVOID A FORECLOSURE. Here are just some of the consequences of a foreclosure:You will always have to disclose your foreclosure on any mortgage application and many job applications. ALWAYS! Foreclosure is the only credit item that will affect your rates even when it is off your report and unlike a credit hit and like a criminal record, a foreclosure becomes a part of your permanent record forever. Credit scores can be lowered by 300+ points! One of the most devastating credit issues you can have in relation to future credit availability. You will be ineligible for a government insured loan for 5 to 7 years (only 2 years in a short sale.) You may end up with Deficiency Judgment.* Many current and future employers run credit checks, and a foreclosure can put a current or future position in jeopardy. Foreclosure can make you ineligible for security clearances and government positions, military and law enforcement and more. As your CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) agent I will explore every option with you and work towards a resolution. While it may not seem like it now, there will come a time when you look back on this situation and will want to know you did everything you could. I did it! I got my real estate license! I have been investing in real estate since 2008. I took many hours of training and studied under many successful investors. I have built an investment business while helping homeowners, I had thought periodically about getting my real estate license, and then finally I just decided to sign up for the class! I never realized that one decision would lead me to a new level in my career!
Well it did. I have to say that being a Realtor has added a new sense of pride and confidence in my life. I learned a lot in my class, and the instructors at Manfred Real Estate Learning Center were all successful real estate brokers with varying specialties. They say in life you want to hang out with people you want to model.
